Do Not Drink … Gamble!
If you like to have a beverage every once in a while, keep your cash out of the casino if you set out to do your drinking in a casino. I am serious. Clean out your evening bag, your wallet, and leave all cash, charge cards and cheques at home. Take only the cash you expect to use on refreshments, tips and only the pocket change you expect to throw away and keep the rest behind.
Contemptuous? Not really. Just realistic. You can have a profit after a drunken evening out with your buddies and be lucky sufficiently to hit a marathon toss at a smokin craps table. Keep that adventure seeing that it’s as short-lived as it gets if you continuously consume alcohol and wager. These activities just don’t go well together.
Keeping your moola out of the casino is a bit drastic, but defensive measures for excessive actions is compulsory. If you gamble to profit, then do not drink and play. If you can afford to blow your money without a worry, then drink all the gratis alcohol you can handle, but don’t pack credit cards and chequebooks to toss into the mix of going after squanderings after your befuddled head squanders everything!
Permit me to take this a single step further. Don’t consume alcohol and then hop on the internet to bet in your favorite internet casino either. I enjoy a beverage from the comfort of my condominium, but because I’m connected through Neteller, Firepay and keep plastic credit near by, I can’t drink alcohol and wager.
Why? Although I do not drink a lot, when I consume alcohol, it’s absolutely sufficient to cloud my common sense. I bet, so I do not drink alcohol when betting. If you are more of a drinker, do not bet at the same time. Both make for a decimating, and crazy, drink.
